These terms cover your use of the Novalis website and any reservation or order you place for Nova One. By creating an account or placing a reservation, you agree to them.

Who we are

Novalis is an early-stage company building Nova One, a smart nightstand device. Nova One is currently in development and has not shipped to customers yet.

Accounts

You need an account to reserve or order Nova One. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Give us an accurate email address so we can reach you about your order.

Reservations and orders

While Nova One is in development, reserving a unit through the site does not charge any payment. It reserves your spot at the price shown at the time you reserve. If and when Nova One is ready to ship, we will contact you before any payment is collected.

Prices, specifications, and shipping timelines are subject to change while the product is in development. We'll do our best to keep you updated by email.

No warranty

The website and any information on it are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Because Nova One has not shipped yet, no claims about its final features, performance, or availability are guaranteed until the product actually ships.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Novalis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or a reservation placed on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and business develop. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
