This page explains what information Novalis collects through this website, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist, create an account, or reserve Nova One.
• A password, when you create an account. It's stored securely by our authentication provider and we never see it in plain text.
• Order and reservation details, such as the product, price, and status, tied to your account.

We don't collect payment card details today, since reservations don't require payment while Nova One is in development.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account.
• To let you check your reservation or order status.
• To email you updates about Nova One, including when it's ready to ship.

We don't sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, and your data passes through them as part of that:

• Supabase, for account authentication and storing your account and order data.
• Resend, to deliver account and order emails.
• Vercel, to host the website.
• Stripe, if and when real payment processing is turned on for orders.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the infrastructure they provide to us.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between visits. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Your choices

You can request that we delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. You can also update your account details or sign out at any time from the account page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and business develop. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
